Engine Monitor

AMS50 & AMS200

The AMS50 and AMS200 engine monitor is alow cost universal
engine monitoring system aimed at on-road and smaller off road engines. The compact AMS50 & AMS200 units are capable of monitoring engine oil pressure, radiator level (or belt break), engine RPM and two/three temperature channels.
Should any of the monitored parameters exceed the set operating range the unit will indicate this to the operator and also cut the engine if required. Despite its small size the
unit is robust and can withstand most harsh environments.

The units has the following inputs
• Oil pressure channel - linked to engine speed
• Temperature channel #1 (eg. Engine temp)
• Temperature channel #2 (eg. Oil temp)
• Temperature channel #3 (eg. Hydr temp) (AMS200 only)
• Water Level/Belt Break
• Start Trigger input
• Alternator input (D positive)
• RPM input
• Battery Voltage input (AMS50 only)
• Driver ID input (AMS200 only)

AMS2000

The AMS2000 is a 9 input channel engine monitor with data logging capabilities, allowing the user to track engine performance. If the Driver ID function is used, the system may be used as a vehicle monitoring system.

The unit has the following inputs:

• Oil pressure channel - linked to engine speed
• Temperature channel #1 (eg. Engine temp)
• Temperature channel #2 (eg. Oil temp)
• Temperature channel #3 (eg. Transmission temp)
• Pressure / Temp Channel (eg. Hydraulic temp)
• Water Level (eg. In header tank)
• Auxiliary chan #1 (eg. Belt break on air cooled engines)
• Auxiliary chan #2 (eg. Hydraulic level)
• Start Trigger input
• Alternator input (D positive)
• RPM input
• Battery Voltage input
• Driver ID input
