Trysome Auto-Electrical Parts Distributors cc has established a scope of business viz. importing, retailing, remanufacturing and servicing of heavy-duty, auto-electrical components.

In line with our Corporate Motto “We keep the earth moving” we have established a Business Management System, inclusive of the requirements of SANS 9001:2008. The primary driver behind this system is our commitment to the provision of excellence, in both products and services, to our clients. In order to ensure that this happens, we undertake to regularly measure and evaluate our customers’ perceptions of Trysome.

In our drive for, and commitment to, continually improve all our business processes, we undertake to monitor and measure critical indicators within the business processes and to set objectives for improvement based on the analysis of such measured and monitored data. Trysome Management understands that, without the commitment of all our personnel, the purpose and intent of this Business Management System cannot be achieved. We therefore undertake to pro-actively determine the training needs of all personnel in order to empower personnel, through training, to actively contribute to the success of our business. In order to foster an atmosphere of contribution, Trysome management will recognise, and appropriately reward, good performance.

This policy will be communicated and understood, within the Organisation, through training and display on staff notice boards and will be available to the public in the reception area and site sales offices.

The policy will be reviewed, for both suitability and effectiveness, at Management Reviews, or on an ad-hoc basis as required.
